Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood Recovering After Lung Surgery

Ronnie Wood of The Rolling Stones is recovering after undergoing surgery to have a small lesion removed from his lungs.

Wood, who turns 70 in June, is expected to make a full recovery that will not hinder any of the bands upcoming tour dates.

Woods stated, “I’m so grateful for modern screening which picked this up so early and would like to thank all the doctors that treated me.”

The Rolling Stones will begin their No Filter European tour starting in September.
